HOW TO CUSTOMISE YOUR FOOTWEAR

Most footwear can be customized at www.eggcatcher.com however some footwear is not possible to embroider, due to the design of the footwear.

You have a maximum of 7 characters (text, numbers or spaces) that can be embroidered onto your footwear. In some circumstances it may be possible to embroider longer names, but this depends on the style of the boot – please call us on 0844 875 7634 to discuss.

The placement of the embroidery is at our absolute discretion. As all boot styles are different, so there can be no set rule for where the embroidery is placed; apart from that the text embroidery will be placed on the outer side of each boot. When a flag is also selected, this will either be on the same side as the text or, on the inner side of the boots, again depending on the style of the boots. The text colour will also be at our discretion, as it will be chosen to “fit in” with the boot style. The text will be embroidered in UPPER CASE, however if your name is usually spelt with a lower case letter (such as McDonald) please contact us on 0844 875 7634 to request the lower case “c”.

Footwear customization may add 4-5 days to the dispatch time of your footwear, particularly in busy periods. The delivery method you select at the checkout (for instance 24 hour delivery) will be used when your footwear is dispatched.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have spelt correctly the text you would like embroidered on the boots!

There is size differentiation between brands and styles of footwear; it is again your responsibility to ensure you are ordering the correct size of footwear for your feet, as customized products can not be returned!

  3. Type the number you require (maximum 2 digits)
  4. Choose the text colour
  5. Choose the text style
  6. Click order

HOW TO CUSTOMISE YOUR CLOTHING

You are able to customize most clothing on www.eggcatcher.com

Just fill in the fields of how you’d like your garment customized, for instance if you want “SMITH” and a number “10” printed on the back of a shirt, simply enter this information when prompted, then select the text style, colour and position.

You don’t have to have a name and a number, having just a number, or just a name is also fine. All garments differ slightly, meaning that the size of the text and position is at our artistic discretion. As a general rule, you can have up to 12 characters for a printed name, and a maximum of 2 digits for a printed number. Please remember we only use unofficial numbers and text. All text will be printed in UPPER CASE, however if your name is usually spelt with a lower case letter (such as McDonald) please contact us on 0844 875 7634 to request the lower case “c”.

It is possible to embroider your club logo onto garments supplied by us. However, unless you are an affiliated club shop, setup costs will be incurred. Please contact us for further information.

LUGGAGE CUSTOMISATION

We are now able to offer you a customization service for luggage purchased on www.eggcatcher.com

Luggage is usually customized by embroidering either initials or a number onto the bag. The placement of this depends on the individual bag. All luggage differs slightly, meaning that the size of the text and position is at our discretion. As a general rule, you have 2 digits for either initials or a number. All text will be printed in UPPER CASE.

Luggage customization may add 3-4 days to the dispatch time of your order, particularly in busy periods. The delivery method you select at the checkout (for instance 24 hour delivery) will be used when your order is dispatched.

It is possible to embroider your club logo onto luggage supplied by us. However, unless you are an affiliated club shop, setup costs will be incurred. Please contact us for further information

CONDITIONS OF CUSTOMISATION

By adding customization to products purchase at www.eggcatcher.com you are agreeing to these conditions:

  1. Customized products are not able to be returned
  2. Eggcatcher.com are not responsible for spelling errors applied to products (where we have applied the text as requested)
  3. The positioning of the customization is entirely at the discretion of Eggcatcher.com With this in mind, you grant us “artistic license” to apply the customization for the best possible outcome, as we see fit.
  4. Delivery times may increase if customization is chosen, due to the time taken to perform the service. This is especially relevant if selecting an upgrade delivery service, such as Next Day delivery – unless explicitly agreed with us on the phone; it is not likely to be delivered to you the day after you placed the order. However, the delivery service you select will be used when your order is dispatched.
  5. Eggcatcher rugby can not be held responsible for incorrect sizes ordered once they have been customized. You may wish to further research the sizing of boots or clothing before you place the order for your product with customization applied to it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
